These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Punt app, website, and related services (the “Services”).

By using Punt, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. About Punt

Punt is a sports fan experience app where users make predictions (“takes”), compete with other fans, and earn virtual rewards.

Punt is not a gambling or betting service.
There is no real money wagering and no cash prizes.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or higher where required by local law)

  • By using Punt, you confirm you can enter into a legally binding agreement

We may restrict or remove access if eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Your Account

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information

  • You are responsible for maintaining account security

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts where misuse is suspected.

4. Use of the Services

You agree to use Punt for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not:

  • Create multiple accounts to gain advantage

  • Use bots, scripts, or automation

  • Attempt to access systems without permission

  • Exploit bugs or unintended behaviour

  • Interfere with other users or the integrity of the platform

5. Takes, Competitions, and Fair Use

Punt allows users to make predictions (“takes”) and compare performance with others.

To ensure fairness:

  • Outcomes are determined by Punt’s systems and data sources

  • Users must not attempt to manipulate results

  • Punt may correct errors where necessary

Punt’s decisions regarding outcomes, rankings, and scoring are final.

6. Virtual Rewards (Fanpoints)

  • Fanpoints are virtual, non-monetary rewards

  • They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money

  • They may be used within Punt (e.g. unlocking digital collectibles)

We may modify, reset, or remove Fanpoints at any time.

7. Digital Collectibles

Punt may offer digital collectibles within the App.

  • Collectibles are digital items only

  • They have no monetary value

  • They are not transferable outside the App unless explicitly stated

Availability, pricing (in Fanpoints), and supply may change at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content within Punt, including:

  • Designs

  • Graphics

  • Logos

  • Software

is owned by Punt or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Services for personal use only.

9. User Content

You may create or share content (e.g. usernames, profiles, activity).

You grant Punt a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute this content within the Services.

You must not upload or share content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes rights.

10. Privacy

Your use of Punt is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Third-Party Services

Punt may integrate with or link to third-party services.

We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

12. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Services will be:

  • Uninterrupted

  • Error-free

  • Always available

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

13. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Punt:

  • Makes no guarantees about accuracy or performance

  • Is for entertainment purposes only

  • Does not provide betting, financial, or professional advice

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Punt is not liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • Punt is not liable for loss of data, profits, or opportunity

If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the Services (if any).

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You breach these Terms

  • You misuse the Services

  • Required by law

You may stop using Punt at any time.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Where changes are significant, we will notify you via the App or email.

Continued use of Punt means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
